If I control Secret Village, but no spellcasters, I can not activate spell cards at all. In the even that neither player has a Spellcaster monster, then the opponent of the person who controls " Secret Village of the Spellcasters" can use Spell Cards. Keep in mind that the first line that prevents your opponent from activating Spell Cards requires you to have a Spellcaster monster. You apply each line separately for each player. "If you control no Spellcaster-Type monsters, you cannot activate Spell Cards."."If you control a Spellcaster-Type monster and your opponent does not, your opponent cannot activate Spell Cards.".In order for a player to activate a Spell Card, he/she must control a Spellcaster- type monster. Secret Village of the Spellcasters has rather confusing wording for it's effect, so, I'm wondering how Exactly it works for each player.
